Project Management Team Leader 1
1.Proper project planning and scheduling
2.Wonderful customer satisfaction management via good communication skills and high quality deliverables
3.Change management and cost control to improve project gross margin
4.Reasonable legal and contract arrangement to guard host company's interests
5.Well coordinate involved functional staff and managers to synchronize efforts as a team to achieve project goals
6.Effective supplier management and evaluation together with SCM team
7.Precise project reporting to keep management updated on the progress

1.BS or above of electrical or mechanical, electrical is preferred
2.Abundant project management experience, with mini. 10 years related working experience, preferred with large scale system or solution business
3.Over 10 years working experience of WOFE or JV is preferred
4.Good academic background, graduates from well-known university or college is preferred
5.Good communication skill in both verbal and writing English
6.PMP certified is preferred
7.Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project skills
8.Ability to travel 20+%, within China Region and International

Engineer 1
University student, sophomore or junior; majoring in English, Economics or relevant subjects.
Systematic thinking while detail-oriented
Team work and good communication skills
Fluent in English, good at writing both in English and Chinese
